Kinetic Capability Brochure

Kinetic Capability is the leadership development venture of Kinetic Consulting. We were tasked to produce a look and feel for their brochure which could easily be adapted into a full brand at a later date.

Kinetic Capability delivers a unique combination of experiential and theory-based leadership training. The courses have both outdoors team building exercises alongside workshops and talks. Given that the imagery the client wished to use were snaps taken by course leaders and participants engaging in the program, we decided to embrace this by selecting muted colours that reflected a more outdoors feel. This had the added benefit of differentiating Capability from the usual Kinetic Consulting brand.

The content was broken down into easily digestible chunks of information, and the use of infographics helped demonstrate where in the leadership development process the courses sit.
